- Control: We will automatically email you when a new bill is ready. You can look up previous balance and payment history as well as pay your current bill from anywhere you can access the internet. We also give you a certain amount of control over making changes to your account as well as scheduling extra services. What do I need to enroll?
- A copy of your most recent paper bill.
- A valid Visa or Mastercard.

*If you plan on establishing an online account with us in order to pay with a Visa or Mastercard, please be aware that all credit/debit cardholders are required to verify personal information over our secure network. To get through this one-time process quickly and accurately, we recommend having a recent credit/debit card statement readily available. If you are issued a new card or make changes to the cardholder’s personal information for any reason, you will need to contact us in order to update your information. We will be unable to automatically process transactions if your card is cancelled or changed and you do not notify us by calling (208) 734-6969.
